AI is useful when it takes over a specific, well-understood piece of work: reading documents, answering questions from your own knowledge, triaging incidents, drafting first versions or checking data against rules. It is much less useful as a general ambition.
We start from the task, not the model. We look for work that is repetitive, rule-shaped or buried in unstructured text, build the system around it with clear boundaries, and keep a person in charge wherever a mistake is expensive. Every system we build shows its evidence and logs what it did.
